Terms & Conditions and Waiver Notice
By purchasing a ticket to Water Wars 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This event is produced by the WW Community Foundation and built on joy, safety, and community accountability.
Event Access
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All tickets must be purchased online only — no cash tickets will be sold at the gate.
Gates close at 5:00 PM sharp — no re-entry unless approved by event staff.
A valid event wristband is required for all guests.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. Damaged or lost bands may require ticket repurchase.
Waivers & Safety
To attend Water Wars, all guests must complete our official Liability and Photo Waiver form after purchasing a ticket:

- All photos/videos taken by attendees must be for personal use only unless given written approval.
- You agree to attend at your own risk.
- You consent to being photographed and recorded during the event for promotional use.
Prohibited Items
To keep the community safe, the following are not allowed:
Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, glass containers, or disruptive behavior.
Event staff reserves the right to remove anyone for safety violations or misconduct, including being intoxicated, causing harm, or attempting to access restricted areas.
Wellness & Emergency Policy
We prioritize safe, joyful spaces. Medical professionals will be onsite.
By attending, you agree to receive emergency medical attention if needed and release the WW Community Foundation from liability related to injuries or incidents on-site.
Rain or Shine
Water Wars happens rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. No refunds will be given unless the event is fully canceled without a new date.
